Please note when booking an appointment with me you are agreeing to the following T&C’s
Arrival
Please park on the road outside of my house, this area is free parking – no charges apply.
As I work from a home I do not have a designated waiting area, so please arrive at your allocated appointment time.
However if you are early, send me a message and if I am free and the room is ready I will let you know that it is safe to come in.
Please don’t worry if I don’t reply right away – I may be taking a coffee or loo break.
The Salon is at the side of the house (down the drive past the cars). Just knock on the door and I will let you in.
Please wear a mask but don’t worry if you forget, I can supply one for you at a charge of £1.
Booking

A non-refundable booking fee of 50% of treatment costs (by bank transfer) is payable to confirm your appointment which will be deducted from your payment on the day of treatment.
Cancellations
Please give 48 hours’ notice if you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Charges will apply for cancellations outside of this timescale:
24 hours or less - 50% treatment cost
Same day or no show – full treatment cost
Sickness/Covid
Please do not attend your appointment if you feel unwell at all.
Particularly, if you have any of the following:

Cold or Flu symptoms

Recent persistent cough
-
Temperature
-
Loss of taste and/or smell
-
Tummy ache/sickness
-
Tested positive or waiting on results for Covid-19
Failing to adhere to this can affect me, my family, my other clients and my business.
If you fall ill, please inform me as soon as you can so that we can rearrange your appointment.
